All activity conducted using your Account credentials — whether or not authorized by you — is deemed to be your activity and remains your responsibility unless and until you notify id88 of suspected unauthorized access. Upon notification, id88 will take reasonable steps to suspend the Account pending investigation.
All deposits at id88 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. id88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits are credited to your id88 wallet upon confirmed receipt and clearance by the relevant payment provider. id88 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
id88 accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment instruments are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. id88 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within approximately fifteen (15) minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are targeted to complete within two (2) to four (4) hours on Philippine banking days.
id88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds or where account activity patterns indicate compliance review is warranted. Withdrawal processing timelines are targets and not guaranteed — id88 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking system interruptions, or regulatory hold requirements.
All Balances, wagers, wins, and withdrawals at id88 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). id88 does not currently offer multi-currency wallets. Foreign currency transactions made by your payment provider are subject to your provider's applicable exchange rates.
id88 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional credits to Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates communicated at the time of issuance. Where no specific terms are communicated, the id88 standard wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35×) the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
Bonuses are issued for personal recreational use only. Promotional offers are available to eligible Players at id88's sole discretion. id88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms are not retroactively affected by amendments unless expressly stated.

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where game-specific rules expressly address the situation more specifically.

id88 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) any indirect, special, or consequential losses; (c) losses resulting from system unavailability, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond id88's reasonable control; (d) losses resulting from a Player's breach of these Terms; or (e) any third-party claims against a Player arising from the Player's use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits id88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
id88 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or direction by PAGCOR or other applicable regulatory authority.
Where an Account is closed other than for breach of these Terms or regulatory direction, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not returned upon Account closure.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting id88 customer support. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game rules, and any resulting Balance will be processed for withdrawal.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the id88 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

id88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR or applicable law.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
