In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, id88 will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03 and its amendments.
Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms — for example, where financial or identity data may have been exposed — id88 will also notify affected Players without undue delay via the contact details registered to their Account. The notification will describe the nature of the breach, the categories of data affected, the likely consequences, and the measures id88 has taken or proposes to take to address the breach.
The id88 Platform may interface with third-party payment systems (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard) and game content providers. id88 is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Their collection and use of your data when you interact directly with their services are governed by their own privacy policies.
id88 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or the Platform's functionality.
